Pairing: Versatile. Spicy foods, Asian cuisine
Pairing: Sushi, Seafood, Asian cuisine
Pairing: Pasta, chicken, cream sauces, garlic, lemon
Sangiovese (no perfect brand found yet!)
Pairing: Italian sausage, tomato sauce, garlic
Beer
There's three kinds of beer that appeal to me. 1) Beer that tastes like wine. 2) Belgian-style and wheat ales 3) Stouts and porters, with chocolate, coffee, or oatmeal notes.
